职位描述：
1、负责对国外市场建筑行业客户信息的收集、整理、分析及研究；
2、负责对客户分类研究，根据原始数据制作出市场分析报告；
3、负责对国外各主流调研机构及信息服务商的评估与管理；
4、负责搜寻国外市场潜在的市场拓展合作伙伴并进行公关；
5、负责制定在预算范围内的各种开发方案并负责全程实施；
6、负责对新开发客户及合作伙伴的前期拓展及后期跟进工作。
任职资格：
1、英语/国际贸易/市场营销管理或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、三年以上相关行业海外市场开发经验，有建材行业外贸工作经验者优先考虑；
3、熟悉贸易的各流程及相关法律法规，熟知贸易术语、物流、报关者优先考虑；
4、英语口译精通、笔译能力较强，有小语种优先考虑；
5、具有良好的市场敏感度、分析判断及数据分析能力；
6、具有良好的沟通及解决问题的能力，良好的谈判技巧，责任心强，抗压性强。
备注：
1、主要客户为国外的开发商、设计公司、建筑公司、承包商专业建材渠道商；
2、工作地点为英国、美国、澳大利亚、阿联酋等国家，前期可以出差形式工作。
