Position Title: Marketing and Office Manager
Duration: 3 years contract, with possibility to extend it

The core activity relates to the organisation of networking events, development of relationship with media, marketing and accounting.
Professional Profile and Personal Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. A previous working experience is necessary. Capable of working in a team and able to coordinate with other departments.
Detailed Job Description:
GM ASSISTANCE
-Assist GM in maintaining contacts and professional relations by mail/email.
-Organize GM’s trips inside of China and to abroad.
ADMINISTRATION / OFFICE
-Set up the work station for new staff (computer, phone, business cards, supplies etc.)
-Responsible for the office supplies / ensures sufficient stock.
-Accounting. Monitor and check that deadline for accounting are respected.
-Decoration of offices (events pictures on walls, new logo display, place of furniture) in GZ & SZ
MARKETING
-Responsible of the monthly PRD e-newsletter edition (PRD Focus) and the EuroBiz magazine articles.
Coordinate the sendings.
-Update the database of SZ suppliers like designers, printers, interpreters, wine providers, hotels.
-Monitor the EUCCC activities in hotels and advise colleagues on venues to hold events
-Update or create any leaflet to promote the chamber activities
MEDIA
-Maintain the media database, develop relationship and coordinate with BM, DM and GM.
-Invitation to media done by person of media.
-Actively develop new channels for media cooperation and maintain the contacts with local media.
EVENTS in SZ:
The Large scale events (ie interchamber events, Team Up event, sports events, EUFF):
-Prepare the rundown of event
-Prepare the budget, hotel negotiation price
-Prepare ppt sponsorship package
-Find venue, and check the event setup.
-Is responsible for theme, performances, speakers
-Writes text of invitations
-Contact designers for event flyer, backdrops, printers for event tickets if any, photographers
Qualifications:
- Organisational and presentation skills; creative mind and outgoing character; excellent written skills; capable of
working in a team.
- University degree.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
- A previous working experience is preferred, at events organising company, Chamber of Commerce or international organisation will be a plus.
- Knowledge and experience of international trade.
