Responsibilities
1.Participate in the project team from the quotation conception phase/Customer Enquiry Review phase; involve expert suppliers in the early project phase. Support sales, engineering and manufacturing with project cost, quality and deadline objectives;
2.Develop the required level of technical processed as the accompanying measures and inspections for serial production together with quality team to assure quality level of suppliers.
3. Conduct Company Process Sign Off and audits at suppliers together with quality team, before/during SOP.
4. Conduct MAT cost analysis based on supplier quotation and process to identify cost saving opportunities;
5.Work with ENG in the development phase to support project target cost realization;
6.Participate in development of departmental goals and objectives.
Qualification Requirements
1.Bachelor degree majored in Engineering (Mechanical, automation etc)
2.2~4 years experience of Mechanical Engineer with supplier chain function preferred.
3.Excellent communication skills, (oral and written in English)
4.PC literate (i.e. MS Office, SAP) and ability to read and understand drawings required,
5.Negotiation experience, ability to prioritize and structure tasks and work autonomously preferred.
