Job Description:

1. Be responsible for setting up, implementing and maintaining QMS in compliance with ISO 9001:2008, including the establishment and continual improvement of all quality processes.
2. Plan, organize and coordinate on QMS audit conducted by contracted 3rd party.
3. Maintain complete set of quality records.
4. Assist the management in setting up quality objectives, monitor and measure achievement of the set quality objectives.
5. Plan for management review according to QMS requirement, prepare necessary data for the review meeting, and follow up on actions.
6. Arrange quality training to employees particularly in aspect of QMS to enhance staff competence.
7. Be responsible for control of measuring equipment, including arrangement of calibration and management of gage records.
8. Be responsible for the monitoring and measurement of customer satisfaction, including conducting customer satisfaction survey and handling of complaints.
9. Plan, organize internal quality audit according to QMS requirement, and be responsible for following up on corrective actions.
10.Interface and coordinate on witness inspections.
11.Support product nonconformity handling following NCR management procedure.
12.Systematically collect, maintain and analyze quality data, report to management on quality situation and alert to management on adverse development in quality trend.
13.Take lead in root cause analysis (RCA), drive for continual improvement of product quality as well as effectiveness of quality management system.

Qualification:

1. 学历及专业(Degree & Major)
College graduate with bachelor degree or above.
2. 工作经验(Working Experience)
2 years or more working experience in quality field, familiar with quality assurance and ISO9000.
3. 英语水平(English Level)
Good in writing and speaking.
4. 计算机要求（Computer Level）
Skillful in MS office applications.
5. 专业知识/技能要求(Professional knowleage& skill requirement)
Trained in ISO 9001 internal audit with ISO 9001 certification experience.
