职位描述
受某欧美独资IT企业委托，现招聘：
.NET架构师-上海
负责CRM产品的技术架构搭建，承担起架构师的角色，具体包括：
1. 总体负责CRM产品的技术开发工作，包括任务分解、人员管理、进度控制等.
2. 产品（包括产品升级）整体架构设计.
3. 总体负责技术需求调研、反馈、分析、跟踪的工作，包括参与产品POC.
4. 总体负责技术方向、技术规划与运筹实施，为公司业务发展提供全面的技术保障.
4. 同类产品比较、产品功能设计、技术路线选择等.
人员条件:
1. 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，立志于从事技术研发领域.
2. 8年以上项目开发经验，至少3~4年B/S系统架构经验，优秀的系统架构设计能力.
3. 熟悉软件开发过程和软件工程方法, 熟悉掌握UML语言，Rose、power designer等系统分析工具.
4. 深刻理解软件系统架构，精通面向对象分析设计方法，逻辑能力佳.
5. 精通.Net系统架构，深刻理解.Net架构优缺点.
