Job Description
- Provide technical support on NXP CAI and IVN products business development, provide
technical support to Marketing Managers in China & Europe, to achieve assigned
targets(DW and Revenue).
- Should establish good contact with customer’s technical team, seeking opportunities
and tracking design-in projects progress with regular updates, driving and managing
joint activities with IDH or FAEs in Disti.
- Need to build up automotive system knowledge with NXP CAI/IVN application in house,
interact with customers(OEM and Tier1s) Architects/Engineers to understand
requirements, provide NXP products proposal in system.
- Deliver training and support customer development teams with Board-bring-up activities,
provide good support on system/software issues faced by the customer
- Will have to debug issues faced by the Customer in Lab and field, Will be required to
suggest patches/work-rounds for blocking Customer issues
- Must interact with S&A team in Europe/Shanghai to communicate customer problems,
Must deliver solutions from Europe to blocking problems faced by Customer
- Has to travel to Customer sites to ensure that the technical team is making progress
Candidate Profile
Skills / Experience
- Bachelor or above (Master is preferred) in automotive electronics or electronic
engineering
- >5 years of experience in electrical HW or SW development/application, experience
with automotive body/security/ networking is prefer.
- Solid skills in Electrical design/application, experienced in RF and EMC is prefer,or
Embedded Software development, programming experience in C.
- Working knowledge of hardware & device drivers, good debugging skills.
- Good, clear oral & written communication. Knowledge of English is a must, Must be
capable of interacting with overseas NXP sites (Europe).
- Capability to interact with Customers & Partners in China,Must be open to frequent
travel to Customer sites
- Automotive Tier1 or OEM experience is prefer, Semiconductors FAE experience is
prefer.
- Project management skills is preferred
- Energetic with passion, strong self-study capability
