The Responsibilities
In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Ultimate technical responsibility for the success of the JV's developments of Gate Drivers (GD) and Battery Management Systems (BMS) in ABCD9Leadership in technical product architecting and realization (customer alignment,team leadership, partner interfacing)
Partner to JV R&D manager in building the JV R&D team and bringing it to an independent and successful high-performance organization
Interfacing to SLA (Service Level Agreement) infrastructure for transferri knowledge on ABCD9 design environment & methodology and GD/BMS product know-how while executing GD/BMS developments on the JV's roadmap.
Target Qualification Requirements:
You should possess a Bachelor or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering,Computer Science with ten years R&D
management/architecting experience. Additional qualifications include:
Experienced in product architecting and ABCD9 or similar development. Hands on design experience in Analog/Digital/Mixing Signal. Track record of released silicon inproduction.
Application domain knowledge in GD and BMS, experienced in the product development cycle: from product definition to design realization to productqualification to design win to mass production. Automotive IC design experience is abig plus.
Entrepreneurial to start the JV R&D team and activities from scratch and drive themto maturity。Strong intercultural competences
Experienced in R&D setup to successfully and efficiently utilize the SLA-edsupport infrastructure. Experienced in the know-how and technologies transferredfrom western to China.
Language skills in English and Chinese Mandarin.
