Company has developed innovative behavioral targeting technologies, which aim to dramatically improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital advertising and content for its users and business partners. We require an experienced commercial sales manager to join our Advertising sales team. Company’s cutting edge technology is able to highly target users into interest channels whilst maintaining the highest level of data privacy and protection.

The Advertising Sales Manager must thrive in a competitive environment, taking responsibility for building relationships including direct and agency across the China market. The key clients will be large publishers, advertising networks and advertising agencies, as well as our partners, who are rapidly developing their own media and advertising portals and businesses.

*Building contacts and relationships, and establishing business with companies and agencies, within the China advertiser industry

*Identifying, approach and contracting with core group of advertiser/agency launch partners

*Negotiate and execute contractual agreements with advertisers/agencies

*Train market advertisers/agencies in Phorm solutions and our key competitive benefits

*Take responsibility for a campaign sales target

Qualifications:

*The successful candidate will have experience in media sales or advertising business development
*成功的应聘者应有丰富的媒体营销或广告业务开发经验。
*Ability to develop high-level relationships with the largest traditional and digital web properties; existing relationships in this space are essential

*Must have proven success introducing new products to the market

*Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding campaign revenue targets

Compensation:
薪资:
Base salary of CNY 22,000 – CNY 25,000 depending on experience plus local benefits, performance bonus and team bonus.
