Job description:
1.Overall in-charge, provide leadership, guidance to leasing team staff ( 8 subordinates)
2.Lead the company leasing team with measurable objective to optimize the best market opportunities with strategic leasing plan work on company retail projects.
3.Project rental rate for shopping mall and its turnover estimation and execute in action to achieve company investment plan.
4.Base on company’s leasing strategies and objectives on each project, develop shopping mall leasing strategies with detailed plan & objectives.
5.Monitor leasing action, target retailer collection.
6.Monitor leasing timeline to achieve project target schedule.
7.Monitor market feedback, try link with all resources to get latest retail market info.
8.In Charge of all leasing plans, rental target, develop and execution leasing action to achieve company objectives.
9.Set Leasing SOP and processes, monitor and supervision of department operation work.
10.Develop annual training plan, work plan, and consistent implementation of supervision, inspection plans, to train the staff in accordance with the annual training plan, and adjust the training contents according to business needs, improve the professional level of staff.
11.In charge of staff staged work plans for the direction, supervision, inspection, and summary, adjustments under the phased leasing work plan, effectively to promote and guide the completion of the work.
12.Develop and plans company retail data to enlarge company retail resources and information.
13.Coordinate with all other departments to ensure leasing work on smooth track.
14.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
