Position Summary:
Retail Marketing Manager takes charge of all the activities involving “in store” and “to store” design elements for Sportmaster retail in China.
Essential job functions:
Design Elements & Point of Sales Material
?Order placement for the production of design elements and POSM for new and existing stores
?Quality control of design elements and POSM
?Control of production deadlines, shipment, delivery to the stores, installation of design elements
?Control and acceptance of installation work, preparation of photo reports for new stores
?Control of conformity of seasonal and promotional in-store design to standards of visual merchandising and zoning
?Record-keeping and reporting of design elements
?Production of commercial advertising printed products for SM China
?Prepare to make event activities based on market calendar to promote product, services and brands
?Help to create all advertising materials of display POP for newly-open store
?Participate in promotion planning, give opinion and help to push the execution with sales team
?Follow up the execution of activities; Make effect tracking report and recommend opinion of improvement advice to ensure the smooth operation
“To-Store” Navigation
?Choice of places for to-store navigation in trade center, negotiating leases and production
?Quality control of to-store navigation
?Control of the timing of to-store navigation placement and replacement
?Negotiated and claims handling with contractors
?Coordinate document workflow, payments and financial reporting
?Develop good relationships with internal business partners by providing solid communication, program updates and feedbacks. Ensure all these functions align with retail campaign’s release
?Develop relations with local media, PR agents and various vendors.
Minimum Qualifications
?3-5 years direct experience in international companies, retail background is preferred
?Bachelor degree or above, major in Business, Marketing or related disciplines is a plus
?Fluent English in both writing and speaking
?Proficiency in MS Office application, illustrator, Photoshop or related software
?Have deep understanding of event management and trade promotions for retail brands
?Highly motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented, passion, strong cross-function interpersonal skill
?Independent, proactive, hands-on, flexible able to work under pressure
?Good negotiation skill and communication skill
?Willing to travel
