岗位职责：
1、制定、编写软件测试方案与计划
2、根据软件需求设计软件测试用例
3、编写软件测试代码
4、执行软件测试，提交测试结果，并编写测试报告文档
5、参与测试中发现问题的准确重现，问题定位
岗位要求：
1、本科毕业1年
2、计算机、通信、微电子、电子、自动控制、电气工程类等专业毕业
3、至少1年的J2EE白盒测试经验,熟练使用Junit等单元测试、系统测试工具
4、熟悉软件测试流程，掌握软件测试理论及方法，并能熟练使
用流行的测试工具
5、具备完善严谨的逻辑思维能力，能够对测试中发现的问题保持很高的敏感性
6、有很强的理解力，同时能够擅长与人交流
