The Position

Based in Shanghai, as a Manager, FP&A, you will be responsible for navigating the path to new heights of business performance, leading with our partners in crafting and executing value enhancing decisions, while ensuring financial peace.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

Business Navigation
Provide "key account" support to business partners of non - business units; Deliver key financial and non-financial data and information at the right time and right quality to our partners in achieving "high" performance.

Reporting
Supervise HQ reporting and local MIS. Ensure timely submission of quality reports with adding value to business.

Forecasting & Business Plan
Co-ordinate rolling forecast and business plan process for the company with an aim to improve the forecasting accuracy; Implement “Spend to Budget” initiative to capture potential savings to fund the adding value projects.

Finance Peace
Identify potential business risks in daily operation and work out action plans or new processes to mitigate the risks. Streamline process whenever possible.

Who you are

You have a bachelor degree or above. This is a position for professionals with above 3 years relevant working experience in FP&A. You have ACCA / CPA / CIA or equivalent certificate.

You are fluent in both written & oral English and Chinese. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach, as well as the energy and motivation to succeed in a dynamic corporate environment.

You are big picture oriented with attention to detail and strategic thinking. You possess a high level of business ethics, integrity and professionalism.
