RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the locally to the China Snr. Business

Analyst, the ICT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for the recording and assignment of all Incidents received. They will also be responsible for 1st Line Incident Resolution. They will have responsibility for providing accurate information on call status and ensuring call closure is to the satisfaction of the end user.
· Log and assign all calls in relation to Incidents, Service Requests and Requests for Information
· Provide 1st line remote technical assistance and advice on all aspects of ICT hardware, software and network infrastructure ensuring Best Practice standards are adhered to
· Provide administrative services relevant to ICT Service Desk including the receipt and processing of request forms
· Engage in personal and professional development to ensure an expert level of knowledge of Service Desk and Desktop Support Services remains up-to-date and appropriate to the needs of the post
· Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by the ICT Management Team
This role also has dotted line reporting to the APAC Service Delivery Manager to ensure consistency and standards are applied in line with service delivery to the rest of the APAC Region.

This role will primarily be providing support to the Kerry Businesses and Sites based in China, therefore strong English and Chinese language skills are a key requirement for the successful candidate.
