Business Manager Oncology
DESCRIPTION - (Enter the key activities of the role) 职位的关键活动描述
The Oncology Product Sales Specialist is the clinical/technical expert for Radiation Therapy products and/or services, and is expected to be able to differentiate product offerings, convey compelling value propositions, lead opportunities, develop and present solutions proposals and quotations, close complex clinical/technical sales and respond to customers’ clinical/technical questions.
RESPONSIBILITIES - (Using e.g. bullet points, identify the detailed aspects and specific responsibilities of the role. 具体职责
? Create business and/or territory plan for assigned accounts including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies and installed base targets
? Create and maintain opportunities in the applicable sales funnel tool
? Work with management, sales and distributor account teams to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities to meet sales, orders, and margin targets.
? Provide training on strategy and product offerings.
? Provide pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities.
? Forecast orders and sales for assigned territory/products and submitting weekly reports.
? Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company.

? Bachelors Degree or above in a medical( incl medical physics) or healthcare background
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Excellent organizational skills
? Strong presentation skills
? Able to travel 50% of the time
? Previous experience involved in Radiation Therapy such as hospital, manufacture, RT product sales, product specialist.
