Job Description:
? Handle full set of account independently
? Complete the monthly report (BS/PL)
? Provide the breakdown of all accounts
? Do the cross check for the inter-company transactions
? Complete the cash weekly report
? Create the payments on the E-banking.
? Communicate with the bank to insure all matters involving the bank operate smoothly
? Communicated with representatives of the tax bureau
? Ensure all the taxes are reported correctly
? Support the auditor to perform the annual external audit and any internal audits
? Assist in preparing various worksheets and ad hoc reports upon request
? Coordinate and proactively communicate with other departments for finance department matters and daily routine matters
? Scope may include Com3, Lefu and co-ordination with C&W and MCC

Education Level:
Bachelor’s degree (major in Finance related prefer)

Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years working experiences in Accounting

Skills:
- Excellent understanding of office processes
- Good English level
- Have the experience of restaurant accounting will be plus
- Work with limited supervision
- Excellent knowledge in Finance and accounting
- Good communication skills
- Action orientated
- Organized and rigorous person
- Focused on the objectives and their achievement
