职位描述
Responsibilities
A key player in the timely delivery of ITO/ITD projects;
Be ultimately responsible for all project decisions and understand both the business objectives and the ITO team contribution for their assigned projects;
Provide management and guidance for a virtual team from various ITO teams;
Contribute to the successful development of ITO/ITD projects by ensuring that the virtual team work to HSBC and department standard;
Create and maintain appropriate project plans;
Keep all parties involved in the project informed of progress and issues;
Control risk and provide appropriate contingencies;
Be responsible primarily on China ITO/ITD projects but shall also cover other ASP regions per regional functional manager's assignment.
Requirements
Good commercial sense and understanding of the business and operating environment;
Attentive to details and analytical; Proactive, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks independently;
Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
Enjoy new challenges, willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
Strong IT infrastructure, operation skills with high proficiency;
A certification of Project Management Professional and ITIL is an advantage;
Bachelor degree in Computer Science related majors with 8+ years working experience;
Working experience in multi-national banking or financial institutions will be an advantage.
