职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1) HR Planning and Strategies
·Give a strategic HR perspective regarding business development & planning ,understand business needs and can translate it into specific HR strategy and action plans
·Review the policies and procedures on regular basis to align with Group policy with adopting to local practice
·Review and update employee handbook and HR SOPP.
2) Recruitment
·Provide support to business units in the recruitment of all staff
·Preparing job descriptions and job advertisement; deciding on how best to advertise
·Participate in the selection of staff, as appropriate
·Advising on pay including promotion and benefits
3) Learning and Development
·In consultation with the line managers, identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly
·Interface with Group HR and external vendors and suppliers for the implementation of corporate training or training programmes to meet the business needs
·Administer the evaluation of all learning and development activities
·Make recommendations on a cost-effective management development programme to support the board’s people management strategies.
·Maintain training record for all staff and assist with any training initiatives, as required.
4) Performance Management
·Implement and monitor performance management process and ensure a performance-driven environment is well maintained.
·Provide operation support in probation and annual performance management, company rewards.
5) Compensation and Benefits
·Manage and handle the daily C&B related affairs, including expatriates management;
·Ensure HR operations practices are complied with China and local legislation, and are in line with Group policies and procedures;
·Analyze and review periodically the local pay structures (market benchmarking, market salary surveys, etc.), and make recommendations to ensure that these support company vision and values;
·Work closely with recruitment team/line managers to provide salary/compensation guidance to facilitate hiring and promotion;
6) Employee Relationship
·Solve labour issue as needed in compliance with labour legislation, proactively provide consultation and solutions to prevent incurrence of labour issue.
·Built, maintain and improve the employee relationships via management meetings, team building, HR committees, etc.
·Work on action plans to improve turnover and build retention scheme for organization stabilization.
7) Others
·Undertake other special assignments and related duties as and when required.
Requirements:
·At least a Bachelor degree in related discipline from an accredited University, overseas education or MBA degree is preferred
·Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience including at least 3 years’ of strong focus on C&B.
·Experience in the property development, High Tech, international consulting firm or other reputable MNCs are preferred.
·Good English communication skills in both written and verbal communication skills
·Good problem solving skill, dedicated and self-motivated
·Proficiency in the operation of computer software, e.g. excel & powerpoint.
