Job responsibilities-

· Ensuring that the entry point into the office reception area is safe, ongoing tidy and professional appearance of the reception and waiting area.

· Receiving and greeting all visitors professionally, answering general questions where possible and referring specific enquiries to other staff where appropriate. Taking messages and distributing message efficiently to relevant staff and others. Directing visitors to the waiting area while relevant staff and others are notified of the arrival of the visitor.

· Receiving all incoming mails, courier packages and other deliveries. Ensuring the collating and coordinating the distributing of mails received. Ensuring the collection of outgoing mail within the appointed timeframe and coordinating its delivery.

· Coordinating the meeting room arrangements and support meeting set up.

· Coordinating the maintenance of office facility.

· Name card management

· Providing some basic admin support if needed.

Requirements-

· College degree or above

· Professional receptionist experience in MNC companies is preferred.

· Good computer skills in Microsoft Office software (e.g., outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluent speaking and writing in English and Mandarin.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Strong coordination and communication capability; able to work independently; Enthusiastic and considerate with teamwork spirit.
