This role is responsible for service support to clients with a strong understanding of banking products(Payment and Cash, Trade Finance, etc), operation procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring effective and high quality customer service delivered. The incumbent will provide proactive client reach out & communication for service recovery & remediation.

Responsibilities

*Dedicated service contact point for Franchise clients for all products
*Day to day client communication regarding discrepancies, notifications, query resolution, and regular KYC review/annual check, etc.
* Monitoring of client special handling requirements.
*Proactive client reach out & communication for service recovery & remediation
*Handle general enquiry from internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
*At least 5 years of related banking experience, operation knowledge in corporate banking are preferable
* Customer-oriented
*Sound planning, problem-solving and coordinating skills
*Sound people management and communication skills
*Ability to work autonomously
*Ability to set clear achievable goals, set priorities and meet deadlines
*Bachelor degree from recognized university will be a plus
