职位描述

Reporting to: Manager, Technical Marketing AP and Senior Manager, Sales

People Management Responsibility: No

Travel Required: Yes

Shift Required: No

JOB OBJECTIVES:

Provide technical support to greater china sales team for formulation additives; Act as interface between laboratory and customer (lab work definition); Raise technical profile of formulation additive in greater China.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support customer in trouble shooting;

2. New product introduction at customers;

3. Translate customer request into technical service request;

4. Technical training of sales team and distributors;

5. Gather competitive intelligence information, product positioning;

6. Identify market needs and opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Chemistry;

2. Work Experience: Technical Service in Coatings area

3. Technical and Professional Knowledge: Formulation knowledge, core paint ingredients
