Job Description of Sales Operation Manager – China
Responsibility:
- Overall manage the sales management system data (Sales force.com), drive to improvement the data quality of system.
- Consolidate and updates the weekly sales data (product booking & revenue, service booking & revenue) to country Managing director and operation director with valuable suggestion.
- Sales planning: Work with Sales team, Finance team and channel team to work out the yearly sales plan:
Headcount plan / Quota assignment / Account assignment etc.
- Work with Theater Operation director to make sure all sales operation policy execution in country
- Operation Data Analysis: Support country MD, Operation director on the key sales operation data analysis for the country KPI tracking
Reporting Line:
- This position will direct report to Theater sales operation director and dot line report to Great China operation director.
Requirement:
- Base in ShangHai
- 7-10 years’ experience in sales operation, channel operation or Finance
- Has strong background in the Top IT or communication company ( Prefer fortune 500)
- Good at English ( Speaking / Writing )
