Objective:

The development and management of our targeting channels sits at the very core of Company’s business. In order to provide personalised content and advertising, advertisers must be able to express and target user interests through the specification of relevant search and content keywords, and URL’s, in the form of channels. The Targeting Specialist’s role in creating, managing and optimising these channels is therefore essential in ensuring that Company develops the best possible targeting capabilities for advertisers.
定向渠道的开发和管理是公司业务最为核心的内容。为了提供个性化的内容和广告，广告商必须具备通过以渠道的形式来明确限定相关搜索和内容关键词以及用URL表达和定位用户兴趣的能力。因此，定向专员创建、管理和优化上述渠道的工作对确保公司为广告商开发最好定向能力至关重要。
Key Responsibilities:

*A Targeting Specialist will use keywords and URL’s to express consumer and advertiser interests.
*定向专员将使用关键词和URL来表达客户和广告商的兴趣。
*The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in multiple media forms, and will keep up to date with social, media and advertising trends. Receiving briefings from account managers and clients directly, they must have strong listening skills, and be confident questioning senior figures to develop a full understanding of requirements.

*Regular consumer of local and international media
