Advertising Operations Manager, China

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an Advertising Operations Manager to manager a team of Advertising Operations Executives implement and manage ad campaigns as well as assist in various projects. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

· Manage all post sales activity on advertising accounts including account management, trafficking, campaign revisions and end of campaign reporting.

· Build and distribute ad tags and tracking pixels

· Integrate publishers, ad exchanges, DSP’s, SSP’s. Set up and distribute tags and trouble-shoot any problems.

· Set up conversion pixels with Advertisers, track conversions and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates.

· Manage a team of Ad Op Execs responsible for campaign set up, optimization and client reporting.

· Communicate with advertisers/agencies on creative and performance issues, providing suggestions to optimize conversion rates and delivery

· Troubleshoot all Ad Ops issues from Tag discrepancies, incorrect integration, click tag tracking, optimization and conversion improvement.

· Provide high level reporting on performance and team KPIs to Senior Management.

· Prepare mid and post campaign reporting for assigned accounts

· Provide weekly budget reporting to senior management



Desired Skills and Experience:

· Minimum of two years experience in online advertising/sales operations (ad serving system, sales process and inventory)

· Previous experience managing a team

· Direct experience in online ad serving with rich media, ad serving and ad network solutions.

· Experience with AdTech, Atlas, DoubleClick, 24/7 Real Media or similar ad serving solution a strong plus.

· Ability to understand and write basic html and jscript

· Experience in Salesforce.com is a plus

· Experience in performance based marketing or advertising is a plus (CPA, Search)

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, A good working knowledge of Excel is a must (use of pivot tables, Vlookup etc)

· Highly detail oriented; ability to meet deadlines and effective problem solving skills

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills (Fluent English would be beneficial).

· Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision

· Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees and management

· A mature, self-motivated “go-getter” with a positive and professional attitude
