Key Responsibilities:
- Accomplish new product development independently
- Ensure product meet both internal and external requirements
- Coordinate with other function team to get necessary resource
- Fulfill customer requirement during development phase
- Report to PM and management team of program progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mechanic Design or related subject
- At least 3 years working experience in automotive interior trim industry
- Expert at product develop and manufacturing of interior Soft Trim, especially for headliner, floor liner, parcel shelf, trunk trim, etc.
- Familiar with product acoustics performance, product development procedure and product validation
- CATIA / UG skills, able to do simple design or drawing per customer requirement
- Good communication skill
- Good English level in both written and spoken
- Able to travel frequently in China and worldwide
