职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Plan and manage headcounts and budget for structural cost to the best business needs.
? Motivate and engage SQ team to meet internal customers satisfaction
Develop and execution of SQ trainings and talents development plan
? Maintain and improve quality performance and ensure successful program launches through implementation of SQ processes & procedures (APQP, PPAP, GP9, QSB etc.)
? Conduct supplier communications, trainings and workshops to develop HT suppliers
Requirements:
?At least 5 - 10 years working experience SQ field in automotive company.
?Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or technical-related field
?Supplier development, plant floor, and / or quality experience
?Demonstrate highest level of integrity and trust, strong personal capabilities with strong business acumen. Customer focused and drive for results.
?Strong interpersonal skills (motivating the team, developing direct reports and building effective teams)
?Demonstrate medium level above for Leading Change
?Demonstrate working under high pressure and dealing with ambiguity
