职位描述
? Sr. Electrical Engineer
Main Objectives:
? Apply principles, theories and concepts to design and develop electrical system of precision dispensing equipment for the generation, distribution and control of electric power
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
? R&D electric power system including but not limited to electric circuit design, technical analysis, select components, prototype test and PLC Program
? Duties include doing schematic, wire list, layout and create BOM
? Support and maintain existing line of products
? Ensure electrical systems meet all safety, economy, reliability, quality and sustainability requirements
? Identify and implement features specifically required by marketing;
? Provide technical knowledge and professional expertise to both the internal and external customers
? Other duties assigned by manager
Qualification Requirements / Degrees:
? Bachelor Degree in Electrical engineering
Working Experience:
? A minimum 6 years working experience. At least four years R&D experiences in electrical field
? More than two years work experiences in related manufacturing fields-international companies are preferred
? Project management experiences are required
Skills:
? Strong understanding of power circuit design. Analog and digital electronics experience is a plus.
? Familiar with international electrical engineering Standards; basic knowledge in CE, UL, CCC, etc.
? Proficient in office software, AutoCAD, PLC, Industrial Control Software and other electrical designing software; ERP software experience is required, SAP is preferable.
? Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
? Good command of oral and written English

? Be able to work independently and proactively with team work spirit, good ability of problem solving.
? Be able and willing to work under pressure, be positive and optimistic
? Drive problems toward resolution when encountering ambiguity, uncertainty, or inflexibility. Hold self accountable for achieving goals and meeting commitments
