岗位职责：

Contribute to overall business strategy formulation and execution, particularly in the areas of brand building, competitor analysis and customer insight

Lead the team to create implement and maintain the window display and in-store merchandising for all stores in China

Cultivate owned customer data pool and maintain brand preference and ultimately translate into revenue through differentiated strategy and tactics

Assume responsibility for the marketing budget and improve overall cost control

Assess opportunities and threats across multiple brands and SKUs, and balance marketing efforts according to overall company objectives while minimizing cannibalization Supplier relationship management, incl. regular communication and reporting

Collaborate with trading team to establish an efficient team on promotio

任职资格的具体描述：
12+ years marketing experience in comparable industries, at least 4 years in a senior management position

Rich experience in brand marketing and business sense preferable

Familiar with cosmetic products/ brands preferable

Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels

Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team oriented environment;

Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business strategy. Numbers oriented, excellent attention to details

Effective public speaking skills and presence; Fluent in Chinese and English
