They have successfully developed 2 landmark project in Shanghai and Jinan, and now eager to look for a highly capable and independent Leasing Manager to manage their large-scale commercial project in Shandong, China.

Responsibilities:

• Analyses property market trends and conditions to establish rent levels
• Maintains a high occupancy rate to bring the best investment returns
• Recommends leasing strategy, commercial terms and tenant mix for retail
• Maintains good relationship with tenants
• Manages the day to day operations of the properties and recommends improvement when necessary
• Provides set up and promotion for new properties
• Prepare and evaluate annual budgets and ensure tasks are on time and within budget
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in marketing or business-related discipline; professionally qualified in Surveyor is an asset
• with over 10 years experience in retail and offices management
• Strong negation, communication , leadership and interpersonal skills
• Must have solid leasing experience in PRC
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Required to station in Shandong
