Order Processing:
Collect wine orders & sample orders from customers and sales team, make standard order from and transfer to logistic assistant for processing in time;
安排客户的葡萄酒订单及样品订单并按照标准流程生成标准形式订单并及时转交物流助理处理；
Help to solve unexpected problems during wine delivery process;
帮助解决送货过程中的突发问题；

Sales Supporting:
Provide general assistance to the sales team , including sales contract、wine selection、wine proposal、sales contract、customer correspondence and sales report and statistic;
为销售提供日常文书支持，包括：合同、酒水单、葡萄酒建议书、销售合同、客户资料和销量统计报告等；
Provide & follow up design assistance to the sales team, including tent card design、wine list、flyer、poster、X display rack;
为销售团队提供设计制作支持，包括：台卡、酒水单、单页、海报以及X展架等；

Promotion Supporting:
Assist on implementing sales promotions including promotion materials preparation, after promotion follow up and etc.
协助销售准备促销活动方案，并且跟踪促销活动的执行等；
Calculate Fine Wines’ amount & quantity by monthly and check the store;
每月核算代销酒的数量、金额，并核对库存；
AR Supporting:
Following up accounts receivable collection;
跟进客户的货款收取
Apply invoice with finance according the actual goods receiving accountant;
根据客户实际收货金额，填写开票申请；
Follow on AR collection and overdue, and keep close communication with accountant about other AR issue;
跟进应收回款及延期状况，同财务密切跟进AR相关事项；
Check the actual cash receiving with accountant by the ending of each month.
月底和财务对账，保证收款核销正确。
Database Management:
Customers Database management;
更新客户资料；
Sales files and record management;
管理文档及记录；
Others:
Coordination with inter department for effective customer service;
与其他部门互助，提供有效的服务给客户；
Take up additional project as per requirement of Sales manager.
销售经理交办的其他工作。


Requirement/任职资格:
College graduate
大专以上学历
1 years of foreign company experience preferred
一年以上外企公司工作经验优先
Fluent in written and spoken English
英文听说读写流畅
Basic knowledge about design software such as Photoshop、Corel DRAW & AI
能应用基础设计软件，如：Photoshop、Corel DRAW & AI
Team work skill, be able to work under high pressure

1)    EMW was founded in 2003 with its head office based in Shanghai. The company name “East Meets West Fine Wines” reflects its goal to share and exchange its passion, knowledge and wine culture with wine lovers all over China.
由西往东美酒公司成立于2003年，总部设在上海。“由西往东”这个名字承载了创立者的梦想：把对葡萄酒的热爱带到中国并与中国的葡萄酒爱好者们一起分享葡萄酒的文化。

2)    In 2009, EMW became one of the earliest Approved Program Providers for WSET training by providing high quality education and qualifications from Level 1 all through to Level 3.
2009年，由西往东成为获得英国葡萄酒及烈酒教育基金会 (WSET)最早授权的课程提供机构之一，提供一级至三级高品质的培训与认证。

3)    In 2012, EMW opened its Hong Kong Office, thus successfully expanding the EMW market to Greater China.
香港分公司成立于2012年，将EMW的业务的拓展至香港和澳门，覆盖整个大中华区。

4)    In 2017, after 14 years since its foundation, EMW has grown to a leading wine distribution company with over 200 professional employees, providing its services to more than 3500 customers all over Greater China through its 7 offices and 15 representative offices.
2017年，经过14年的沉淀后，EMW已成长为一个拥有职工超过200人的葡萄酒公司，通过其大中华区的7个办公室和15个代表处服务超过3500位客户。

5)    In 2018, we are celebrating the 15 years of our company, EMW, and the shared passion for wines in Greater China.
2018年，EMW迎来了在大中华区葡萄酒行业的第十五个周年，并同大家一起分享我们对葡萄酒的热爱。

2011-2017
EMW has been awarded “The Best Wine Importer” for 7 consecutive years since2011 by China Sommeliers Wine Challenge/Wine 100 Challenge.
2011年至2017年，由西往东连续7年被中国侍酒师葡萄酒挑战赛或WINE100葡萄酒大赛评选为“***进口商”。
