Our client is a leading manufactory company. They have a large industry project based in Shanghai. They are looking for a new construction team.
Responsibility
You will coordinate design effort for client, work with designers in generating tender and documents, ensure design and accommodate client procured equipment. You will coordinate pre-construction activities and Project Audits, Safety, Quality and Progress, and to prepare project budget with different degrees of precision as design progresses. You also need to prepare Bid Packages, coordinate bid process, bid package distribution, pre bid meetings, site visits, bid comparative charts and recommendation to client for selected suppliers and to elaborate Contracts with General Conditions.
Requirements
You should be familiar with local standards and regulations in the area of design and implementation. English written and spoken at negotiation level plus 10 years of experience as project manager for large building projects. Besides, you should have broad knowledge in building construction and project management, legal aspects and contracts.
