职位描述
1. Realize Projects:Projects with high impact on commercial success for the whole Solution. Project Management with involvement of Customer,Supplier and internal organisation (Product Management,Marketing & ; Sales,Product Development,Process Automation,Quality / PPQ,Initial Purchasing &; External Technology Management and Production).
2. Project planning (Timing, Resources, Cost) Planning the Projects in terms of Time
Schedule, Resources and Cost and align this schedule with business strategy and planning.
Realize this Projects within the Project Schedule and Budget is essential for the
achievement of the commercial targets.
3. Project Controlling (Stage gate Check, Calculation) Leading the projects with using of PCB
tools (Stage gate checklist, DFSS scorecard, ...) Initialization of business case calculation,
Preparation of budget documents and continuous check of project cost with Project Controller.
4. Customer Involvement, Care for Customer: Regular meetings with customer during the
project phases for preparing customer milestones and line assessments (semi and automated
line)
5. Early Supplier Involvement: Challenging Initial Purchasing and Development people to be
part of the supplier involvement process in a very early stage of the project (before M1).
6. Industrialization of Projects: Initialization of feasibility studies, concepts of sample-semi-automated-
and automated lines and support production in the Ramp Up Phase. Take care that the very close tracking of the production line progresses (sample- semi-automated and automated lines) is done and in case of need to define countermeasures in alignment
with automation manager. Specific focus to the professional installation and integration of the
DFSS project groups (BB's) in to the Ramp Up organization as well monthly review of the
scorecards.
