- For our Healthcare Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a 内部审计专员(Internal Audit).

What are my responsibilities?

1．控制和业务管理

准备工厂和生产的系列业绩指标报告和生产相关项目执行的报告；

- Controlling and Business Administration

- Prepare monthly reporting package for factory and manufacturing (incl. KPIs) and projects report.

2.内部风险控制，企业风险和机会管理，SOA相关

根据集团进程，协助确保RIC项目及时完成

协助各控制要求联系人熟悉RIC TOOL及其相关内容协助组织RIC 会议并做会议记录

负责集团政策的执行跟踪管理

- Risk and internal Controlling

- As per the timeline, assist to ensure to implement RIC.

- Assist the CRCs to know how to process in RIC Tool, hold the RIC Meeting and recording.

- Circular Management and implementation monitoring

3.合规项目

协助执行集团合规项目走进业务，在公司内部推行合规；内部审核，遵守审计报告中的问题；合规控制框架的执行并跟踪合规培训，包括网上培训和现场培训

- Compliance topic

- Support to implement corporate compliance program into business and communicate compliance issues within company.Assist internal review and ensure the accurate and in time follow-up actions mainly basing on IA finding reports. CCF quarterly communication and preparation, support to Monitor Compliance training, web-based and in person training.

4.BIC 项目的收集跟进报告

- BIC report Monitoring

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.Bachelor degree, majoring in finance, audit or relevant.

财会、审计类相关专业本科学历。

2.4 years Fin experience,having knowledge in multinational company’s internal procedure and external controlling system(audit experience is preferred)

4年以上财务账目经验，了解跨国企业内部流程和内控体系（有一定的审计经验尤佳）
