职位描述 Job Description

负责奢侈品仓库运作流程的建立，不断提高团队收货验货、内仓管理、抓货配送的效率和准确率
组织本部门商品盘点，并对盘点差异进行核实及处理
负责本部门物流费用的审核，合理控制物流成本，有效提升配送服务质量
对部门员工进行培训、指导及绩效考核，提高部门工作效率及工作质量
与其他业务部门积极沟通，确保物流对主营业务的良好支持


职位要求 Job Requirements

本科学历，管理类、物流类相关专业，英文流利并能和海外顺畅地沟通优先考虑
五年以上零售业、电子商务或奢侈品行业仓储物流管理经验，有大型WMS系统项目管理经验优先考虑
精通仓储物流系统运作的特点和流程，具有较强的计划组织协调能力
优秀的沟通及谈判能力，擅于团队建设；具有出色的外联与公关能力和解决突发事件的能力
正直、敬业、有责任心，具备良好的职业素养，并且抗压力强，勇于面对挑战
