ob Title职位名称: Sales Representative – Hospital Channel医务渠道销售专员

Report to汇报对象：Regional Sales Manager大区销售经理

Job Description工作内容：

1. 拜访指定地区的医院，完成公司规定销售任务及临床维护工作

Visit the target hospital in the responsible area and accomplish sales goal and consumer maintenance work fixed。

2. 开发医院，使之成为美德乐产品的主要销售网点，并在日常工作中传播和推广母乳喂养的观念

Develop hospital to create the sales point of Medela products. Spread and educate the customer by the concept of breastfeeding

3. 参加各医院举办院内会、科内会、院际会，收集、分析与整理本区域目标市场的行业与产品竞争信息，为上级决策提供重要参考依据。

Participate kinds of conference from every hospital，collect、analysis and arrange the competition information of the industry and products in the target market. Offer important reference basis for superior to make a strategic decision

4. 与市场部密切配合，负责学术会议与产品推广活动的计划、组织、实施与协调工作

Hand in glove with marketing department，in charge of planning ,organizing and carrying out the academic conference and product popularization activity.

5. 与关键客户保持良好的关系

Keep good relationship with the VIP

Job Requirement职位要求：

1. 医学相关专业专科以上学历，医疗器械销售3年以上的工作经验；有对儿科、产科、妇科销售经验的人员优先考虑； 女性优先考虑；

Academic certificates at or above the junior college level from medicine，more than 3-years work experience for selling medical appliance，familiar with Pediatric, gynecology and obstetrics is priority，female is priority

2. 具有良好的职业素养和高度的责任心

Have good profession sentiment and high responsibility

3. 较强的观察力和应变能力，能够处理复杂的突发事件；

Have good observation and strain capacity，can handle complicated emergency

4. 出色的团队协作能力及沟通能力

Excellent team collaboration ability and communicative competence

5. 在压力之下能够完成任务达成个人及团队目标；

Can achieve personal and team target under pressure.
