Responsibilities:

· Work with procurement and business partners Procure to pay end to end process

· Check staff reimbursement report and external vendor payment documents, input accounting entry in Oracle with qualified documents;

· Perform monthly accounting close for primary areas of responsibility. Maintain accounts and results in accordance with US GAAP.

· Make sure payment is effected timely and correctly;

· Handle intercompany cross charging

· Take partial ownership of Balance Sheet reconciliation as needed.

· Liaise with tax consultant on Indirect tax & corporate income preparation

· Assist in statutory audit as needed.

· Be responsible for outside business activities, i.e. bank, tax bureau etc.

· Other ad hoc tasks assigned

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

· Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related

· At least 2 ~ 4 years of Finance & Accounting experience in multinational companies

· Experience with Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (Oracle 11i) and MarkView is preferred

· Good communication skill, with fluency in both Mandarin and English –English level: workable - able to speak abit but not necessarily very fluent

· Good MS Excel skills

· Strong team-player and a proactive working attitude
