Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1、Provides all kinds of support to sales team for processing customer's orders, furnishing price quotations, supplying product specifications, keeping sales records
2、Analyze, monitor, and maintain completeness and quality of information within the sales database (Scoreboard) and ensure it is communicating project details accurately to the team
3、Determine when and how to bring other company resources into the sales process
4、Manage the order process by ensuring that manufacturing is provided with ample and accurate information
5、Bidding document and sales proposal preparation, work with related Dep & Tracking the process during the preparation period in a timely manner
6、Other works assigned by management

1. Team player but work independently, be self-motivated and take initiative.
2. Responsible, reliable, respectful, open-minded, positive and like personal interaction.
3. Well-organized, work structured and efficient
4. Strong coordination and communication skills
5. Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Detailed oriented and results-driven.

Qualifications / Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in English, administration, or relevant;
2. Fluent in English (written and spoken).CET-4 or above.
3. Good knowledge on computer Microsoft office like word; PowerPoint & Excel.
