主要职责及权限
Essential Function
1. To design and develop the new product and do the D-FMEA analysis
进行新产品开发设计并进行设计失效模式分析
2. To prepare for the product designing and development procedure to finish the develop plan
规范产品开发流程，确保产品设计开发计划的完成；
3. As the leader of the project to do the feasible analysis about the new project and apply for the project approval
作为项目负责人，进行新产品开发的可行性分析，提出开发立项申请；
4. To control the develop schedule according to the aim agenda
根据目标时间，合理控制开发进度
5. To do the budget for the development product and control the development cost.
制定产品研发费用预算并进行成本控制
6. To do the summary and analysis about the product development process and work out the improvement plan (set up D-FMEA database)
分析总结研发过程的经验与教训，制定并执行工作改进计划（建立D-FMEA 库）；
7. Responsible for the approval for the first sample (including supplying by suppliers)
负责对首件产品及变更产品（包括供方）进行确认并向顾客提交PPAP 文件
8. To give assistance to the HR department to do the training for the product knowledge.
协助人力资源部完成相关产品知识的培训
9. To give assistance to TC department and QA department to solve the production problems
协助技术部、质保部解决生产过程的技术难题
10. Manages and trains a team of RD staff.
管理和培训研发团队

素质要求
Qualification Requirements
1.Above on the batcher degree and major in mechanics
机械类相关专业全日制本科及以上学历
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in multinational company.
至少5 年以上外资企业相关工作经验
3. Be know well about the project management and have the professional
experience of the product designed
具有产品设计开发经验，熟知项目管理流程
4. Good skills of judgment, decision, execution , creativity and communication
良好的判断力、决策力、执行力、创造力和协调沟通能力
5.Be familiar with the requirements of ISO/TS16949 and FORMEL-Q
熟悉ISO/TS16949 及FORMEL-Q 标准要求
6.Be familiar the tools such as PPAP/APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/QFD/DOE/QC seven
methods
熟悉PPAP/APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/QFD/DOE/QC 七方法等质量工具
7. Good skill in use CAD,PRO-E, CATIA etc.
熟练使用CAD/PRO-E ,CATIA 等软件
8. Fluent in spoken and written English
熟练的英语运用能力
