主要职责及权限
Essential Function
1、To lead the quality team to fulfill all the tasks with strong and efficient daily quality management
带领质量团队完成各项工作并高效的执行日常质量管理。
2、To ensure the proper management of SHE-Q team
确保对SHE-Q 团队恰当的管理。
3 、To ensure the customer’s requirements will be taken into consideration and met, the general manager of the Company appointed
在公司总经理的指派下，确保客户的需求得到考虑和满足。
4、To work with a strong team spirit
保证强大的团队合作精神
5、Ensuring all China's SHE statutory regulations are followed and shut down equipment if necessary.
确保服从国家的安全、健康、环境方面的法律法规，必要的时候可以
停止使用某设备
6、Recommend the disciplines for violation of safety procedures.
为违反安全操作提供培训
7、Recommends treatment plans for injured associates.
提供受伤应急处理计划
8、Interprets statutory and makes recommendations on policy changes.
在政策改变时做适当的解释并给出建议。
9、There are obligate to required related departments to corrected the unstable quality process.
有责任要求相关部门纠正不稳定的质量过程。
10 、There are the power to stop the production lines when un-qualified products occurred or non-conformities produced.
当不合格的产品或不稳定的过程发生的时候，有权利停止生产。

工作期望
Expected and resultes
1、Be Familiar with TS16949 and Formel-Q standards
熟悉TS16949 和Formel-Q 标准
2、Be familiar with APQP,PPAP,SPC, PFMEA,MSA standards.
熟练应用APQP,PPAP,SPC, PFMEA,MSA 等核心质量工具。
3、Be familiar with project management and quality control
熟悉项目管理和质量控制
4、Be familiar with welding & stamping process related knowledges
熟悉焊接和冲压件的相关知识
5、The Microsoft office operation system of computer should be skilled.
熟练应用Microsoft office 办公软件
6、 Good communication skill and well coordinates with related departments.
良好的沟通和协调能力

素质要求
Qualification Requirements
1、More than 5 years working experience in quality management field at industrial enterprise.
超过5 年在工厂质量管理领域方面的工作经验
2 、It's better that posses the bachelor degree or majors are mechnical engineers.
最好具有学士学位或者机械工程专业
3、Be Familiar with TS16949 and Formel-Q standards
熟悉TS16949 和Formel-Q 标准
4、Be familiar with APQP,PPAP,SPC, PFMEA,MSA standards.
熟练应用APQP,PPAP,SPC, PFMEA,MSA 等核心质量工具。
5、Be familiar with project management and quality control
