- 本科及其以上学历，机械工程或汽车工程相关专业，有技术培训或工作经验者优先
- 至少3年内饰设计工作经验
- 熟练运用UNIGRAPHICS或Catia
- 具有内饰零部件概念以及设计经验
- 具有团队合作精神和良好的组织和解决问题的能力
- 对国际化项目感兴趣并可灵活调动
- 会使用办公室软件: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- 具有良好的英语能力，会德语者优先考虑
