工作职责:
为销售团队提供行政支持工作。
- 为客户提供产品或服务信息
- 负责管理发票和采购定单，提供费用报销与所属文件以帮助了解公司各方面的给用
- 对销售数据进行分析，给销售团队提供数据支持
- 按照规定程序解答公司内部及客户关于订单处理流程方面的问题
- 与当地供应商等部门的日常联系和协调，协助人力资源部处理一些日常事情
- 与当地政府部门联系工商/税务等事宜
- 完成上级交办的其他工作
要求:
- 大学本科或以上学历
- 流利的英语听说读写能力
- 2年以上的行政或前台工作经验者优先
- 有财务背景优先
- 熟练使用电脑，懂数据统计
- 有较强的沟通协调能力，应变能力强，善于处理突发事件
- 责任心强，有较强的自我约束能力和团队精神
- 熟练操作ERP系统者优先
