Descriptions:

The Tool Specialist is responsible for:

Network Monitoring platform operational maintenance and development;
Network Monitoring/Optimization service delivery;
Continuous innovation & improvement on the efficiency of service delivery;
Re-use and share knowledge within the organization;

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above;

Above 2 years working experience and strong expertise in

-Java, JavaScript
-VB/VBA/Access/Excel coding experience

-Linux/Unix operation and shell script programming (Centos Linux preferred)
-Access/SQL Server or other type Database administration and application
Fluent spoken and written Japanese (Japan toward outsourcing development experience is a plus);
Good spoken and written English (International experience is a plus);
Good communication skills;
Cultural awareness;
Ability to drive changes.

Below skills as plus are also desired
-HP/DELL platform server architecture and dimensioning
-CSS/HTML/XML
-C/C++
-Embedded system development
Good software testing experiences.
