职位描述
Purpose of the position
To carry out daily operations tasks efficiently and work within area guidelines and Company's policies and procedures.
Key Tasks
To follow up on routing orders / order acceptance and feedback to customers and overseas stations; handle bookings and pick-up arrangement and working within area guidelines and Company's policies and procedures
General Duties
- Check and verify documents
- Carry out approved proposed improvement / changes on procedures and systems made by supervisors
- Work within SOP and quotation from M&S and overseas offices
- Inform supervisors of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on subcontractors' standards and services
- Feedback pre-claim details and status to customers
- Arrange and monitor customs clearance
- Follow up on delivery to customers until receipt of shipment
- Incident management-handles customers' inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues
- Handles customers' statistics and reports
- To take up additional tasks as assigned
- Back up for other team members when necessary
