Key Responsibility:
1. Guide, assists and support suppliers to set up, implement Quality & Environmental management system.
Guide, assist and support suppliers to set up and implement OHSAS 18001 requirement and influence supplier on their corporate social responsibility.
2. New suppliers selection auditing with a focus on suppliers quality systems, process management and technological competency.
3. Be involved in discussing quality criteria with customer.
4. Training suppliers ensure them master the quality standard .
5. Support and follow up new project development in supplier site,
a. Guide supplier to run PSA and SPVR
b. Correct the actions for each of builds
c. Get and check the related quality documents and samples,
d. Do process audit for new projects.
e. Handle approval of suppliers'products.
f. Share suppliers' information about quality issues, samples with related people of our company. Training our people by suppliers, quality spec if needed.
6. Follow supplier's delivery quality status, handle IQC rejected parts smoothly, follow up IQC performance ,
7. Monitor the quality problems happened on mass production, handle DPPM and guide supplier to take corrective action.
8. Operate all defects rejected by production line with suppliers and claim against suppliers on quality issues in time.
9. Do QPR with key suppliers and guide supplier improve quality continuously.
10 Interface with relevant teams and suppliers to resolve on critical issues for speedy resolution.
11. Manage and measure the SQE's goals per month;
12. Study and evaluate the risk on supplier's quality and capacity in the beginning of new projects;
13. Highlight, manage and control all defects of all projects in the end of life;
14. Has the knowledge on some of commodities, like stamping, foil, painting, molding, injection....; transfer the roles per commodity;
15. Strong in supply chain management and finance information from the developing phase to mass production, special on
capability in purchasing data analysis, to work out solution, action with strategic implementation; Master MRP / ERP system, has inventory experience;
16. Set-up and follow the quality agreement with suppliers which made the transferring parts, including the compensation and quality acceptable standard;
17. Take part in auditing inside the company as inner auditor.

Personnel Requirements:
1. Degree in Mechanical or Electronics engineering.
2. Experience in ISO9000 /14000/ OHSAS18000 requirements or equivalent management system and be able to lead the audit.
3. A good interpersonal & communication skill, English speaking is a must.
4. Above 5 years experience in quality related functions in manufacturing industry, plastics industry experience preferred.
5. Be able to work under high pressure and demanding mode.
