<P>Supplier Quality Management Engineer（供应商品质管理工程师）</P>
<P>Responsibilities <BR>1) Set-up, implement and manage quality system for supplier quality management in company. <BR>2) New suppliers selection auditing with a focus on suppliers quality systems, process management and technological competency. <BR>3) Drive and review key supplier’s quality improvement/ corrective programs and monitor its progress in quality performances due to these programs. <BR>4) Handle claims against suppliers on quality issues. <BR>5) Interface with relevant teams and supplier to resolve on critical issues for speedy resolution. <BR>6) Reduce the non quality performance of supplier to prevent company quality catastrophe. <BR>Requirement: <BR>1) Degree in Mechanical or Electronics engineering. <BR>2) Experience in ISO9000 requirements or equivalent and able to lead an audit. <BR>3) Good interpersonal & communication skills, good command over English. <BR>4) Above 5 years experience in quality related functions in manufacturing industry, plastics industry experience preferred. <BR>5) Able to work under high pressure and demanding mode.</P>
