Main Responsibilities:
1. To solve issues and improve process/production during the cycle life of projects; This means (but not limited to) carry out Root Cause Analysis in structured way, seek improvements in processes and machines, come up with ideas to shorten cycle time etc.
2. Responsible for adjusting process parameters and troubleshooting activities in trial run and mass production.
3. Responsible for daily maintenance of ClearTech line, fixtures and etc. Responsible for ensuring the maintenance is done according to set up standards. Also, seek new technical improvements to make maintenance easier, handling of fixtures easier.
4. Improve the production capacity and Yield for ClearTech line, through above mentioned activities.
5. Work with the R&D team of Sweden and China to develop ClearTech process and continuously develop new coatings and new technologies involving ClearTech.

Personnel Requirements:
1. Preferred background: Surface treatment/coating/painting/digital printing working experiences; Acceptable background: Machine engineering/design,
2. Major in Mechanical/Electronic/ Automation/Material/Chemical Engineering;
3. Minimum 3 years process/production technical support experience in High-tech industry, printing or painting industry preferred; Experience from international company is a merit.
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility;
5. Good computer skills
6. Must be able to communicate well in English - both speaking and writing
