Responsibilities:

主要职责

- Responsible for supplier sourcing & qualification process，mainly related to indirect material;

- Participate and facilitate in program quote activities involving price, payment term, lead time and so on;

- Secure the bids for indirect material with huge amount, such as equipment\device\ insurance\annual demand, etc. Ensure the process compliance with related policies and guidelines in company to avoid the any potential risk;

- Supports purchasing/sourcing management in activities such as price benchmarking, vendor management, process analysis and so on;

- Play the role as sourcing interface of indirect material procurement within company, cost saving within Category Strategies;

- Maintain and update supplier database, manage the contract with vendors;

- Prepares and presents recommendations of improvement opportunities and alternative courses of action to sourcing leaders;

- Other assigned tasks

Qualifications Required:

- Good knowledge of indirect material including: Equipment\Building\Maintenance \annual service, etc.

- Strong analytical skills. Capable of collecting and interpreting data to derive meaning, identify patterns of behavior and support policy recommendations

- Strong business & communication skill- must be able to share results through appropriate channels such as metrics, reports, surveys and monitoring tools with other functional areas in the company

- Good Project Management Skills, Cross-functional work experience(s) in multiple major areas are preferred. Such as: finance, Engineering, supply management, marketing, human resources, etc.

- Min. 3 years-relevant working experience in manufacturing industry

- Communicate effectively in English & Mandarin
