Job Responsibilities工作职责:

1. Analyze and support solve the technical problems of the production line.分析和解决生产线技术问题
2. Analyze production figures, set actions to improve the efficiency and yield 分析生产数据，制定改善生产效率及合格率的方案
3. Analyze and optimize production/process layout to improve efficiency and yield 分析及优化生产/工艺布置，改善生产效率及质量
4. Supervise assembly operations to achieve production target监督生产线以确保达到生产指标
5. Cooperate Maintain machines, equipment and tools配合维修和保养机器、设备与工具
6. Ensure that QC procedures and standards are followed确保遵循质量控制程序与标准
7. Lead workshop continuous improvement and lean production activity主导车间的持续改进、精益生产活动

EHS:

1. Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
2. Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.
3. Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.
4. Be responsible for own area risk assessment and keep on updating.
5. Be responsible for EHS inspections and program /procedure implementation in his working area (machine guarding, LOTO, PPE, etc).
6. Before each job, check if the equipment/machine safety device are in good order.

Job Requirements工作要求

1. Bachelor degree and major in mechanical, electrical or electrical-mechanical.本科，主修机械或电气自动化
2. Fluent English.英文听、说、写能力完全具备
3. Minimum 3 years related position in manufacture industry, especially in continuous automatic assembly line.至少3年以上制造型企业工作经验，自动化生产线或汽车行业优先
4. Knowledge on production line control 具备丰富的生产线控制计划经验
5. Knowledge on problem solving skills, be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA is preferred.优先考虑具备独立解决问题能力的技能，熟悉质量体系，APQP,PPAP,FMEA
6. Understand quickly and impact new knowledge/process;对工艺或生产线等其他新知识的接受、理解能力强
