Responsibilities
? Working with sales leaders for annual planning including quota assignment and business model ,
? Assuming responsibility for the accuracy of the region forecasting and budgeting process and variance analysis
? Weekly sales forecast and quarterly closing works
? Return material review
? Deal review with sales leaders and other function managers.
? Ad hoc finance reporting and quarterly financial matrix preparation
? Finance analysis for product portfolio, discount rate, selling trend, sales performance, productivity etc.
? Ad hoc supports to other finance group not based in local.

Qualifications:

? 8+ years experience or above at finance operation role, Preferred in IT industry. Knowledge of Software industry preferred.
? Bachelor's degree in finance/business related area, a plus but not required
? Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Be able to prepare and present financial related information to management, join the business discussion and document the actions.
? Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to build up financial analysis model and prepare financial reports and QBR file
? Experienced in problem solving and people skills, be flexible for day-to-day works.
? Proactive, logical, hands on, accountable and well-organized person who has a proven ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands
? Strong team player with the ability to resolve challenges and meet deadlines
? Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with other members of the management team.
? Strong business sense that be able to provide finance input for sales leaders to make business decision
