职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Check his budget and make necessary adjustments
- In charge of quality improvement activities
- Be responsible of respecting production planning
- Be responsible for production line layout and display board
- Apply, promote and improve SMED in daily activities
- Organize, implement and improve plans with the supervisors and technicians in different lines
- He is the privilege contact with other functions (logistics, R&D, etc) to optimize the delivery, cost and the quality of production
- Ensure good social climate in his area and inform to the department of human resource all suggestions for improvement of his domain
- Be responsible for the training for the personnel in his department
- Consolidate the result of production line on regular basis according to the division rules
- Be responsible for the safety in his production line
- Be responsible for scrap cost reduction
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other equivalent ones
- Above 5 Years of related working experience with at least 3 Years working experience in mass production plant at equal position
- Good knowledge of TS16949
- Experience of Lean Manufacturing is preferred
- Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking
