职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop the organization and employees to build up a strong team to support the business development
- Drive and supervise the lead buyers to fulfill the business objectives and tasks such as commodity sourcing strategy, purchasing quality, cost, delivery, service, project management etc.
- Improve the purchasing standards and procedures to make them more effective and efficient
- In charge of or involve directly in big projects
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in business administration or engineering field
- At 3 years experience in leading a purchasing team in a big multinational company
- Solid experience in metal parts sourcing, work experience in automotive or bearing industry a plus
- Good leadership skills and project management skills
- Excellent communication/coordination skills
